Located in South San Francisco known as “The Birthplace of Biotechnology”, The Cove at Oyster Point is among the newest campuses in the area. The six-acre, five-building, one-million square foot campus is designed to accommodate our tenants and their growth. As a result of the convenient South San Francisco location, our clients benefit from proximity to academia, commercial entities and capital partners. The Cove offers large open floor plans and state of the art structural design customized for each tenant’s needs. Within the campus, you will find Foundry & Lux; a full cafe, restaurant and lounge which is open to the public and equipped with WiFi. Just outside the restaurant you will find a full amenity court with basketball, bocce ball, cornhole, ping pong and more.
Conveniently situated on the flat land east of Bayshore Freeway (US-101), are Caltrain, BART and SanTrans. There is ample parking and affordable EV Chargers for tenants. The Cove is accessible to the entire Bay Area peninsula.

Driving Directions
- Take US-101 South to Airport Boulevard and take exit 425C.
- Use any lane to turn left onto Airport Boulevard.
- Use the left two lanes to turn left onto Oyster Point Boulevard.
- Turn left at Gateway Boulevard.
Destination: 101 Oyster Point Blvd Parking Garage
- Take exit 43A for I-380 toward US-101/SF International Airport and continue onto I-380 East.
- Use the left lanes to take exits 6B–7 and merge onto US-101 North toward San Francisco.
- Take exit 425B for Oyster Point Boulevard.
- Use the middle lane to turn left onto Dubuque Avenue.
- Use the second lane from the right to turn right onto Oyster Point Boulevard.
- Turn left at Gateway Boulevard.

Lingering Fee
$25
per hour after 4 hours
A lingering fee is charged when a vehicle remains in an EV charging station after four hours of charging.
- Vehicles parked in EV charging stalls must be actively charging. Violators will be cited.
- A personal ChargePoint account is required to begin a public charge. View the instructions and connection code.
