Welcome to the Cove

Located in South San Francisco known as “The Birthplace of Biotechnology”, The Cove at Oyster Point is among the newest campuses in the area. The six-acre, five-building, one-million square foot campus is designed to accommodate our tenants and their growth. As a result of the convenient South San Francisco location, our clients benefit from proximity to academia, commercial entities and capital partners. Our life science properties are home to various companies serving the life science industry including:

The Cove offers large open floor plans and state of the art structural design customized for each tenant’s needs. Within the campus, you will find Foundry & Lux; a full cafe, restaurant and lounge which is open to the public and equipped with WiFi. Just outside the restaurant you will find a full amenity court with basketball, bocce ball, cornhole, ping pong and more.

Conveniently situated on the flat land east of Bayshore Freeway (US-101), are Caltrain, BART and SanTrans. There is ample parking and affordable EV Chargers for tenants. The Cove is accessible to the entire Bay Area peninsula.

Foundry & Lux is open for takeout and dine in on our heated patio.

Our hours are 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Takeout orders can be placed online and picked up in The Cafe near the Foundry & Lux Culinary Garden. We offer dine-in on our heated patio Monday - Friday from 11:30 am - 7:30 pm. Join us for happy hour from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. We gladly provide catering deliveries to any building lobby on campus.

Join us every 3rd Wednesday of the month for our onsite Farmer's Market  from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm.

We appreciate any and all feedback as we transition back to normal service for The Cove and surrounding areas. Please let us know how we are doing as we adjust to this new model of service.

PARKING

Parking for Cove employees, guests and Foundry & Lux visitors is accessible via the parking structure located at 101 Oyster Point Blvd.

Parking Structure Hours for the Public:

Monday-Friday

Roll Gate: 5:00 am - 9:30 pm
Main Door:

5:00 am - 10:00 pm


Closed on Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays

Tenants will have 24/hour access with keycards.

DIRECTIONS

COMING FROM THE NORTH via US-101:

  • Take 101 South to Airport Blvd. Take exit 425C
  • Use any lane to turn left onto Airport Blvd
  • Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Oyster Point Blvd.
  • Turn left at Gateway Blvd.

Destination is 101 Oyster Point Blvd Parking Garage


COMING FROM THE NORTH via I-280:

  • Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 43A for Interstate 380 toward US 101/SF Int'l Airport, Continue onto I-380 E
  • Use the left lanes to take exit 6B-7 to merge onto US-101 N toward San Francisco
  • Take exit 425B for Oyster Point Boulevard/Oyster Point Blvd
  • Use the middle lane to turn left onto Dubuque Ave
  • Use the 2nd from the right lane to turn right on to Oyster Point Blvd
  • Turn left at Gateway Blvd.

*A lingering car is one who stays parked in an EV Charging station after their vehicle is fully charged and the 4-hr mark has passed.

  • Vehicles who park in EV Charging stalls must be charging their vehicle. Once the vehicle is 100%, please repark the car to allow other users to charge. Violators will be cited.
  • If you are a tenant and would like ChargePoint access, please consult your facility manager for The Cove access code.
  • Personal ChargePoint accounts are necessary to start the vehicle charge for the public.
